Lots are held to allow us to work through the planning of your new home, and to agree on details, pricing, and to finalize the construction contract. We will work hard to design and build your ideal custom home.
At $2,000 deposit will hold your lot for up to twenty one days. Any time up to 21 days you can decide to cancel, and your deposit will be refunded. After 21 days, all or part of the deposit may be held to cover design and land holding costs. Deposits are applied to project.
Plans specifications, and documents are provided to you by Touchstone for the development of the project. These are protected by Touchstone and should be returned to us if cancelling, and cannot be used on another project.
An additional deposit will be required before construction starts. (Lot areas shown above are estimated.)
